About the Role
This is a fixed-term role to covering maternity leave, for our Customer Service and Admissions Lead. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team on a maternity cover basis. The Customer Service & Admissions Lead will assist in managing and providing a fast, efficient and welcoming service for all customers, internal and external.
About You
To be successful in this role you will be passionate about leading the team to provide an exceptional Customer Service and have a proactive approach to coordinate and lead on student recruitment and conversion within the admissions team.If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
