An exciting new opportunity has opened at the Isle of Wight’s go-to furniture stores! We are looking for someone to join our office team as Customer Service Advisor, in Lake.
Your key duties & responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Open and maintain Customer Service records and information.
- Manage incoming calls.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Go the extra mile to engage with customers via telephone and email.
- Work with suppliers to resolve matters to our customer's satisfaction.
Skills we are looking for:
- Someone confident working on computers and talking on the phone.
- Basic knowledge of Excel & Word is a must.
- Capable of working as part of a team to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to show initiative.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workloads.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role would be desirable but not essential.
