We now have a great opportunity for a Health and Safety Manager to join the Trust.

A state of the art modern office with a friendly working environment
This is a standalone role based in our wider Business Assurance Team. You will be responsible for the development, improvement and monitoring of Peaks & Plains Housing Trust Health and Safety practices as well as the internal auditing of governance, compliance and Safety assurance.
To succeed you ll have previous experience of developing and delivering organisational strategies, a track record in consistently delivering targets and KPI s and an understanding of current external issues which impact on housing services.
You should also have a recognised Health and Safety management qualification such as the NEBOSH Diploma (or nearing completion) or recognised equivalent as well as knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 management systems and professional affiliation (CMIOSH or MIIRSM or recognised International equivalent). Previous experience of managing Health and Safety in housing, construction or facilities/property sectors is desirable.
