SalaryCustomer Service & Sales Administrator - Dublin 11 based.
Our client is a well-established office supply company based in Dublin. They offer a large range of inbound stationary, packaging, and office solutions with a well-established Irish customer base. They are seeking a Customer Service and Sales administrator to help develop sales of products/services to Stock customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders via telephone, fax, and email into SAP system, updating CRM after each interaction.
- Coordinate with suppliers to fulfil indent orders, ensuring detailed order information meets customer requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing pricing, product details, quotes, and samples, and use CRM to plan follow-up.
- Address customer complaints, collaborating with logistics and credit control for effective issue resolution.
- Encourage e-Business system usage among customers to boost online sales activity.
- Maximize sales by offering value-added options, identifying opportunities, and understanding customer needs.
- Complete non-customer-facing tasks such as updating price lists, managing litigations in CRM, and handling sample requests.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Advisor Manager/Field Sales and Interact with Logistics, Credit Control, and other relevant departments.
- Occasional travel to customer premises, mills, and product training sessions.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in inside sales or customer focused roles
- Good interpersonal and communicative skills, written and spoken.
- Computer literate experience in SAP is an advantage but not essential.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) experience is required.
