Customer Service Assistant required to take phone calls, book jobs, liaise with subcontractors, deal with complaints, submit job packs. Experience in ECO/government grant work Ideal but not essential.
Candidate must be organised, be good at dealing with complaints, and have good IT skills. After initial training, working from home may be available for the right candidate.
