We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant (Homeownership) to join our Leasehold and Homeownership team.
About the role and person:
- 35 hours per week
- Permanent
Always motivated to achieve brilliant standards of Customer Service, our Customer Service Assistants (Homeownership) are the first port of call for our customers on their ownership journey. You’ll manage queries via inbound calls and email ensuring first time resolution wherever possible. Queries can range from management information packs, subletting queries, service charge queries etc.
What skills/behaviours do you need to be a Customer Service Assistant (Homeownership)?
- Excellent Customer Service skills having previously worked within a busy customer focused environment.
- The ability to work towards targets whilst demonstrating a supportive and
- empathetic approach to what can be a difficult time for customers.
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with an understanding the importance of data.
- The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Location
This position can be based out of any Accent office. Our offices are located in Bradford, Peterborough, Burnley, Stockton and Camberley.
We’re a keen promoter of agile working and encourage the use of working from home, as long as we meet our customer’s needs.
We’ll provide you with the equipment and software that you’ll need for the purpose of your role however it will be your responsibility to have an appropriate space to work from as well as a suitable broadband connection/provider.
Salary
The spot salary for this post is £25,850 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all of the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
