Hospitality/Reception/Event Staff

Location: Hotel in Chelmsford

Date: 16th June 2024

Pay Rate: £14 per hour

Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Description:

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming individual to provide support for an upcoming event at the Cardiff Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will be reliable, well-presented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Contacting attendees via phone or email to confirm their attendance and provide event details.
• Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
• Assisting with various tasks during the event to ensure its smooth operation.
• Providing excellent Customer Service to attendees and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Collaborating with the event team to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or event support roles is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability on 16th June
• Must be reliable and punctual.
