- Shift Pattern: 14.00 - 22:00 4 on 4 off

Our client offers various Customer Service solutions, and are currently looking for new individuals to join their growing team.
This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about Customer Service and are looking to make a significant impact in a call centre environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Oversee online bookings and chat forum management.
- Coordinate workers nationally to attend locations.
- Maintain high Customer Service standards.
