SalaryA leading surgical equipment provider based in close to Macclesfield are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service and order processing professional. Duties will include delivering excellent Customer Service, sales order processing and various administrative duties. You must be computer literate for this role, and able to pick up new systems easily. This is a temporary opportunity for 6 months minimum, with the potential to turn permanent for the right candidate. Additionally, they offer working from home 2 days a week, with flexibility on the days. The hourly rate is up to GBP13.85 depending on your experience.
The Role
Dealing with customer orders mainly via telephone, web and e-mail
Processing orders on to the internal order processing system
Liaise with other departments such as warehousing and logistics
Liaise with customers in regard to any issues with stock availability and delivery
Dealing with complaints
Various administration / secretarial duties such as filing etc.
Skills & Experience
Experience within an office-based Customer Service role
Order processing experience
Confident and professional telephone manner
Able to pick up new systems easily and previous experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.
