You will be responsible for working with customers and internal teams to coordinate a high level of Customer Service. Organise product and commercial information to be correct and available.
Experience / Qualifications
Customer service experience.
Food industry experience is ideal or a technical product environment can be considered.
Integrity and organisation skills.
Able to use a CRM or similar. Salesforce or SAP knowledge is useful
Customer focus.
Positive and friendly with other people.
Able to collaborate with people across the wider business.
Enjoy being part of a team.
Great written and oral communication skills.
