The family run company have been going for over 30 years and provide adhesives, inks, coatings, and industrial chemicals to their customers. Could you be the person they are looking for?
Responsibilities:
- You will be the ambassador of the company, establishing and nurturing strong connections with existing customers through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
- Identifyingpotential new customers and bringing them on board
- Transform customer queries and concerns into seamless interactions, ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions
- Collaborating with the team to provide the best Customer Service
- The ideal candidate holds a degree or an equivalent qualification and possesses a natural talent for communication and relationship building.
- Knowledge and experience on Microsoft Office suite
- Previous office experience
