Are you a proficient 'hands on' Payroll senior' with proven experience in managing and executing payroll? Are you a true Payroll generalist who is eager to take on the payroll end to end process, with proven team leader experience?
About the Role:
In this role you will be accountable for the processing of all monthly Payrolls, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time, complying with all statutory returns and payment deadlines. You will also be responsible for the Company's adherence to HMRC obligations and will ensure full compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Enhance payroll processes, keeping up-to-date with best practices, legal obligations, and payroll developments.
- Process documents for new hires, departures, and contract changes using the T&A and Payroll system.
- Supervise end-to-end payroll processing within set deadlines, ensuring timely RTI submissions to HMRC.
- Ensure compliance with Auto Enrolment Regulations and understand company pension processes.
- Handle day-to-day pension inquiries, reconcile contribution reports, and address queries from managers and employees.
- Collaborate with the Finance team, providing timely information for monthly accounts production.
- Generate reports and statistics for financial management accounts.
- Align work with the company's core values.
Your key qualifications and experience:
- Proven Payroll Senior experience within a practice is essential for this role
- Be personable, able to interact and work with all levels in the Company
- IT literate including strong Excel and database skills, Outlook, Word, Power point
- Knowledge of Pension Regulations and associated reporting and compliance
- Proven experiences of working well in a team - handover periods etc
