We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Payroll Manager to join our evolving People and Culture function. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the business and ensuring an exceptional colleague experience across the group. As a Payroll Manager with iTrent experience, you will be responsible for managing the weekly and monthly payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing relationships with the payroll service provider, regularly reviewing their performance and service.
- Ensuring data compliance in accordance with legal regulations.
- Guiding on payroll processing, procedures and policies.
- Resolving escalations from HR Shared Services and the wider HR Team as a Subject Matter Expert for all Payroll-related questions.
- Provide top-tier support and advice to our business when employees have payroll queries, issues, or concerns.
- Extensive experience in managing payroll services using iTrent.
- Proven track record in delivering monthly/weekly payroll.
- Knowledge of GDPR and other data management regulations.
- Experience of leading a team of Payroll Administrators.
