SalaryTitle: Interim Payroll ManagerLocation: RemoteContract: 3-4 monthsRate: GBP230 per day or GBP27.50 per hourWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Payroll Manager to join our evolving People and Culture function. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the business and ensuring an exceptional colleague experience across the group. As a Payroll Manager with iTrent experience, you will be responsible for managing the weekly and monthly payroll.Key Responsibilities: Managing relationships with the payroll service provider, regularly reviewing their performance and service. Ensuring data compliance in accordance with legal regulations. Guiding on payroll processing, procedures and policies. Resolving escalations from HR Shared Services and the wider HR Team as a Subject Matter Expert for all Payroll-related questions. Provide top-tier support and advice to our business when employees have payroll queries, issues, or concerns.Requirements: Extensive experience in managing payroll services using iTrent. Proven track record in delivering monthly/weekly payroll. Knowledge of GDPR and other data management regulations.
