The Opportunity
- Management of inbound Customer Service enquiries. As the first voice your clients will hear, you will be positive, professional and committed to supporting and offering appropriate solutions.
- Responsible for follow up administration to ensure all customer information is recorded accurately.
- Opportunity to support on end-end enquiries from initial installation to maintenance and aftercare.
- Acting as the glue that holds to wider business together, communicating between internal departments with the Customers’ interests at heart to ensure a great Customer Service experience.
