We are seeking a Customer Service Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional Customer Service to work with our client based in Borehamwood. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, orders, exchanges, and complaints with the utmost professionalism. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think on their feet.
Day to Day of the role:- Handle customer queries through phone, email, and webchat, inbound and outbound interactions.
- Generate and modify customer orders as needed.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Utilise company systems and processes effectively to manage customer interactions.
- Provide creative and effective solutions to customer concerns, demonstrating excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial awareness with good numeracy skills and an analytical approach to problem resolution.
- Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft 365 products.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
