Sales Executive / Sales Representative who has a friendly and professional telephone manner with the ability to follow up on warm leads and convert into new business opportunities is required for a well-established company.
SALARY: £45,000 OTE (uncapped commission and includes a basic salary of £25,000 per annum) + Benefits
LOCATION: Heathrow / Brentford, West London OR Potters Bar, Hertfordshire (You MUST live within a 30 Minute Commute to either Brentford or Potters Bar ) – This is 100% Office Based
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
PLEASE NOTE: Although this is an office-based role, you will need a Drivers Licence to carry out some field visit assessments on occasion. There will be a company vehicle available to use during office hours.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Sales Executive / Sales Representative include:
Follow Up on Sales Leads:
Effectively follow up on sales leads generated by the marketing team
Manage and organise leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely communication and progression
Research and Identify Potential Clients:
Utilise various resources such as LinkedIn, trade publications, Google, and industry-related platforms to research and compile a comprehensive list of potential clients
Continuously update and expand the database of potential clients
Engage with Clients:
Initiate contact with new and existing clients via telephone to understand their business needs and challenges
Present and articulate the benefits of the company's products and services effectively
Office-Based Role with Field Visits:
Primarily office-based role, with a focus on telesales, email marketing, Microsoft Teams for client engagement
Conduct occasional field visits to client sites to strengthen relationships and better understand their operations
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong research skills with the ability to identify potential clients through various channels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle objections
PC literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office / 365
Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Must have a Driving Licence (There will be company vehicles to use when needed during office hours)
Willingness to travel for occasional field visits to client sites
