Our client is well respected, family feel company based in South Cambridge. They are looking to add a new team member in their Customer Service department. This role will be office based.
Main duties will include:
- Replying to emails
- Arranging appointments for customers
- Discussing products on the phone with customers
- booking travel and accomodation
- Shipping products
- Ad-hoc office administration
The successful candidate will have:
- The want to work in a friendly office team
- Strong communication skills
- IT proficiency
- The ability to work well in a team.
- Due to location, access to a vehicle will be required
