Customer Service Executive
nLocation: Nuneaton
nSalary: £21,500
nHours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays. (37 hours)

- You will have a strong 4 week training process to make sure you are conversation ready. n
Some of what the job involves:
n- n
- You will help and support a channel specific team, dealing with all manner of enquiries and complaints, carry out daily admin tasks, and communicating to a high standard with customers over the phone and by email. n
- Liaise effectively with all other departments within Loaf and proactively improve the overall customer experience, and owning the journey. n
- You will assist customers via the phone or email, always ensuring that you are liaising and communicating with relevant departments through this process. n
- Informing customers of any product delays and handling queries and offering solutions. n
- Dealing with delivery failures and offering customers immediate solutions and advice in these instances. n
- Working closely with the delivery team ensuring that you are offering solutions within set guidelines - understanding the logistic challenges presented and how this might affect the company and the customer. n
- Resolve all customer questions and queries via phone and email. n
- Ensure that you always have excellent product knowledge - visit our Shacks as many times as you can! n
- Take the initiative to deliver beyond the expectations set for your role, always striving to go above and beyond for the customer and your team. n
So if you have;

- Previous experience working in a Customer Services role ideally in a call centre, working in a fast-paced busy team in an office environment. n
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills with a calm and patient approach n
- A team player - work well with other team members and be a fully participating team member. n
- Good Microsoft Office skills n
- Experienced in high volume calls and emails n
