We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join Universal Business Team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service and support to valued clients. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and positive customer experiences.
In this role, you will also be required to support the process of opening customer accounts and will need to be flexible within the role and assist with other roles and duties as and when required by management i.e. claims, invoice queries, sales admin etc.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive:
- Maintain and improve the customer experience when dealing with clients.
- Deal with all inbound calls and emails received from clients and handle any customer complaints.
- Provide pricing and quotes for customers as and when required.
- Work closely with suppliers to get accounts open in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow on-boarding process to ensure smooth transition for new clients.
- Keep track of new accounts and progress through spreadsheet monitoring and execution.
- Utilise the telephone and electronic communication methods including email and video to regularly communicate with customers.
- Ensure that all activity data is accurately entered and managed within CRM system used by the department.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Solid understanding of high level Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Previous experience with a CRM system
- Team player
- Excellent time keeping
Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm (Office Based)
