Visitor Liaison Executive
Permanent, Part-time - 20-25 hours per week
Based in Coventry

We are recruiting on behalf of our growing client for a French Speaking Visitor Liaison Executive. This is a part-time permanent role based in Coventry, a key requirement is your French speaking and writing skills, must be fluent.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive research
- Writing and sending invitation letters to various groups, to arrange partnerships
- Perform market analysis to identify key buyers in relevant sectors
- Assist guest with travel logistics and hotel bookings
- Create detailer itineraries for people attending exhibitions
- Translate marketing materials into French
- Negotiate discounted travel
- Compile and manage VIP lists for events
Knowledge/Skills required:
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong service and hospitality mind set
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office software
