We’re recruiting for a French SpeakingCustomer Service Administrator to join a thriving company with plenty of progression opportunities for the right candidate. If successful, you will manage and maintain effective Customer Service with the French customer base.
Key Responsibilities for a French Customer Service Administrator:
- Accurate logging and processing of all incoming French and Iberian orders
- Process order confirmations via emails
- Raising internal paperwork to create work orders for stock
- Prepare detailed quotations, including availability, price and delivery forecast
- Follow up customer sales quotations
- Amend customer orders where necessary
- Support sales teams
Essential Skills for a French Customer Service Administrator:
- Excellent verbal and written French
- Experience in a Customer Service environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer Focused
- Able to work in a complex environment with conflicting demands
- Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a challenging environment
