£12.00 per hour
6 month FTC initially
2 days in the office and 3 days from home
Quality personnel are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive for our luxury motor industry client based in Tongwell.
The successful candidate will be liaising with customers coming to the end of their finance agreement to provide the end of contract service and offer other options.
The liaison will be mainly over email but telephone work would be within the spec so the successful applicant would need excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both written and verbal
• Keen attention to detail
• Self motivated with the ability to learn new policies and procedures
• Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment
• Natural problem solver with the ability to see an issue from start to finish and provide excellent Customer Service throughout.
• GCSE or equivalent English Language and Mathematics is desirable
