Customer Service Advisor - Temp to Perm Contract to Start ASAP!!

Hours of Work: 8.30am - 5.30pm - Mon - Fri
Salary: ?10.50 - ?11.00ph
A rapidly growing e-commerce company is now looking for a Customer Service advisor to join and contribute to their continued growth. You will join a high-performance team and play an integral role in resolving customer enquiries.
Job Duties will include but not be limited to:
. Customer Interaction: Liaise with our customers via various channels, including email, phone and live chat, to address pre- and post-sale enquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance.
. Problem Solving: Understand customer concerns and proactively identify problems, implement solutions, while demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills to enhance customer satisfaction.
. Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of our products and delivery services to assist our customers with their enquiries and provide consistent, accurate information.
. Communication Skills: Exhibit outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and professionally.
Essential skills:
. Previous experience in a Customer Service role.
. Strong and positive communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
. Problem-solving aptitude and the capacity to think on your feet.
. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
