Customer Service Executive

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading packaging manufacturer in their search for A Customer Service Executive to work in their office near Bristol

For the successful Customer Service Executive client is offering:

i. £14.10 per hour
ii. Monday - Friday Days, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
iii. Temporary ongoing contract with a view of going permanent for the right person

The role – Customer Service Executive:

i. To act as part of an office-based support to the Customer Account Management team with the specific role of coordinating the day-to-day requests of Customer accounts
ii. Internal project management of Customer/Key Account requests related to cartons, such as - new artwork, carton design or pricing
iii. Playing a key part in operational forecasting of board requirements to allow long-lead time board ordering and minimization of board stocks and machine utilisation
iv. Establishing a rapport and direct lines of communication with Customers purchasing and logistics personnel to enhance the B2B working relationship.
v. Processing orders received from Customers including assessing the conformity of these instructions with commercial agreements
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive:

i. Customer service or sales experience within a manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
ii. Experience in Customer Service and order processing
iii. UK Driving license - DESIRABLE
iv. Must be an effective communicator at all levels of the business.
v. Experience working with JDE/SAP management info. systems - ESSENTIAL
