A Customer Support Executive is required for a unique service provider of transport solutions to onboard, process and support driving colleagues. Responsible for the day-to-day interaction with the drivers and service providers, to ensure they are supported in their onboarding, compliance, queries, administration and service reviews.
The role is :
- Offering outstanding customer service to drivers face to face, managing service standards, complaints, incidents and registration.
- Set up new drivers through the computer system and ensure compliance standards are met. Checking documents and licences.
- Working through a helpdesk ticket system to support general customer portal access queries.
- Managing compliance for local authority licensing requirements.
- Updating database and licences.
- Supporting launches and responses to advertising, marketing and sourcing campaigns.
- Process charges and credits on a weekly basis.
- Continuously improve service delivery outcomes
- There is an opportunity to offer additional products to the customers and earn team bonuses and incentives.
You will be :
- Confident in dealing with a wide range of people face to face offering advice and working to strict processes.
- Great at data entry, record creating and database management.
- Experienced in customer service or office based work.
The hours are :
- Hours of work: 40 hours per week (inclusive of breaks) 8:30-5pm Monday to Friday, this is an office based role. This is a permanent role with monthly pay.
