Role –Customer Service Officer
Location – Heywood
Salary - £23,232 + 10% bonus (excellent benefits)
Type – Fixed Term Contract – 6-9 months (Possible extension)
Hours – Monday-Friday // 8.30am-5pm (4.30 finish on a Friday!!)
Reed are currently working with a global market leading healthcare company who are looking to recruit a Customer Service candidate to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be integral in providing excellent service to their customers assisting with the orders on a B2B and B2C level.
Duties & Responsibilities
• First point of contact for customers looking to place orders
• Responsible for generating and managing sales orders
• Updating customers on their orders
• Contacting customers who have requested to be contacted about products
• Dealing with any issues with customer orders
• Proactively identify ways to enhance the customer expereince
• Processing customer requests
• Liaising with internal department to ensure SLA’s are met
• Supporting supply chain colleagues
Skills & Attributes needed:
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt different styles to suit the audience and situation
• Clear and articulate telephone manner and strong solution building initiative
• Computer literate and willing to learn new computer systems
