    Customer Service / Online Sales Assistant



    Location: Maldon, Essex


    Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-17:00pm


    Salary: £Competitive, depending on experience


    Type: Permanent

    Adecco Chelmsford are currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service / Online Sales Assistant for our long-established client based in Maldon.



    Your role will be to speak with customers and assist with the Online Sales Administration for the department. This includes keeping stock items on the company web shop up to date with prices and descriptions as required, in conjunction with the retail and marketing teams. You will also be responsible for invoicing internet customers and updating on delivery status promptly!



    Responsibilities -



    • Experience of working within a fast passed Customer Service environment (required)

    • Competent user of the Internet, Emails and Office app

    • Good administration skills

    • Knowledge of WordPress CMS would be useful, but not essential.

    • Creative thinker when applying descriptive content.

    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when proof reading copy

    • Be organised with the ability to multitask efficiently.

    • Have a flexible and approachable manner.

    • Motivated and enthusiastic self-starter - able to use own initiative and bring fresh ideas to the team.

    • Take accountability for own decisions.

    • Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems.

    • Able to work on initiative for improvements.
