Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven work experience in Customer Service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and professionalism.
- Proficient in using Customer Service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in the payment processing industry is a plus.
