• Provide excellent Customer Service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and inquiries.
• Assist with payment processing and provide guidance to customers on using our payment systems.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven work experience in Customer Service or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and professionalism.
• Proficient in using Customer Service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in the payment processing industry is a plus.
