Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of our business, connecting directly with potential customers to promote and sell our industry-leading products/services. This role offers an exciting opportunity for self-motivated individuals who thrive on building relationships and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Introduce our products/services and engage potential customers in a friendly and informative manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value of our offerings, addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent Customer Service throughout the sales process.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, demonstrating a proactive and persistent approach to achieve individual and team goals.
- Documentation: Accurately record and maintain customer information, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in direct sales or telesales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
