Your Role:
Manage customer expectations in a timely manner.
Ensure that customers are treated to an exceptional experience.
Correspond to customer enquires whether that be over the telephone, face to face, web chat or email.
Liaise with multiple departments within the business.
Advise customers on different products.
Get creative with displays.
Be able to work as part of a team but also autonomously.
