**Customer Service Representative **
Location - Blisworth, Northampton.
Hours - 8.30 to 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch.
Monday to Friday
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our clients team in Blisworth, Northampton.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in the Automotive industry.
Our client currently look after the movement of vehicles for a variety of customers including Leasing Companies, Major Daily Rentals, Dealer Groups and Manufacturers
With a fleet of their own drivers, they carry out the movement of vehicles via Trade Plates, they provide a Collect service for the Leasing sector and handover of new retail vehicles for Dealers and Leasing companies.
They work to the highest possible standards and strive to differentiate themselves from their competitors through the quality of their service provision.
About you:
- Be able to build customer relationships
- Able to Liaise with our customer’s call centre staff
- Respond to customer calls and e-mails in a timely manner
- Competent in word and excel
- Accuracy with an eye to detail
- Able to deal with workload under pressure
- Dealing and resolving customer queries
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field preferred (2 years)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
