Hours per week:Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and exceed predetermined service levels, ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the forefront.
- Provide exceptional service to franchisees and customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and desired outcomes.
- Process orders, credits, and facilitate direct supplier orders efficiently within our internal systems.

Who We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in Customer Services is a must, ideally with at least 2 years in an office environment.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, are essential.
- Skills: Proficiency in ICT tools such as email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Attitude: Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and take initiative in various situations.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail are critical to success in this role.
- Education: While not mandatory, ideally, candidates have obtained 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, or have equivalent experience.
