Your new role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
- Provide Customer Service via incoming phone call and emails
- Offer technical product knowledge to customers
- Liaise with different departments to resolve customer queries
- Maintain accurate company records
- Investigate complaints

- MS Office skills
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Great accuracy and attention to detail
