Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Representatives to join our client in Brighton who is a financial services provider. This role will require positive and driven individuals who have a passion for delivering excellent Customer Service. The salary for this position is £23,058 per annum.
Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Representative:
- Salary: £23,058 per annum
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shifts between 9am - 5.30pm and 10am - 7pm, and every other Saturday for 4 hours
- Contract Type: Fixed term contract

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Dealing with inbound calls from customers on a range of products
- Taking ownership of a customer's query from start to finish, ensuring it's responded to within the agreed service level
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Being proactive in responding to queries in the most efficient way possible
- Servicing customer's accounts, understanding what's gone wrong all whilst delivering excellent Customer Service
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Representative:
- Ability to see through complicated situations and able to be creative in your approach to problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a wide range of people
- Good understanding of the FCA and PRA framework
- Previous experience in delivering excellent Customer Service
