Customer Service Specialist (Ldg Fulfilment)

Carbon60 are proud to be partnering with Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services to recruit for a Customer Service Specialist within the Product Line Landing Gear department. Lufthansa Technik are a global leading provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for the civil aviation industry.
This Customer Service Specialist position is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. The successful candidate supports the operational fulfilment of all customer contracts, as the first point of contact for operational topics towards the customer, supporting regular customer reviews and visits.

Role Responsibilities will include:

• To utilise both internal and customer information flow on a daily basis and to create accurate and up to date information.
• To maximize customer satisfaction.
• The candidate is responsible for a timely creation of the Sales Induction Form, creation of Sales Orders and printout of the yellow folders.
• Sending of Missing & Damage information to customer and communicate with customer on customer supplied parts and inform LTLGS organisation.
• To communicate quotes with the customer.
• To support the Billing department in preparation of the invoicing packages to the customer.

Skills and Experience required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understand customer contracts and specifications.
• Good IT skills (Microsoft packages) and ERP.
• Good rapport builder with colleagues and customers.
• Previous experience in Customer Support role.
• Organisational talent, high own initiative, high conflict ability and analytical skills.
