Hours: Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7am - 6pm
Payrate: £11.44ph
Location: Coleshill

The key responsibilities within the role: -
- Will be busy and varied, and at times you will need to produce quality work whilst working under pressure to achieve the customers SLA's
- Working with a large number of clients and logging orders
- Providing first class Customer Service to internal and external clients
- Working within agreed timescales
- Liaising with depot operations in order to problem solve queries
- Daily communication with established customers by phone, and using the in-house CRM systems to implement long term solutions to customer issues
We are looking for: -
- Candidates who must have strong communication skills, be computer confident (Microsoft Office Suite & Excel)
- Have the drive and ability to meet daily targets and deadlines - Possess a strong work ethic and want to become part of a motivated and enthusiastic team.
- Experience in a Customer service (face to face & office based)
