Our client specialises in providing advice for savings, investments, and insurance products. They are looking for somebody to be a key member of the busy Customer Services team.
Duties:
- Administering new and existing policies
- Trained, developed, and accredited so you’re equipped with the skills to deal with more complex policy claims.
- Database management
- Preparing documentation
- Payment processing
- Policy surrenders.
- Liaising with clients over telephone, email, on-line chat and face-to-face
- Deal with customer queries in an efficient and timely manner.
Successful candidate: -
- At least one years’ experience in administration/customer service
- Financial Services experience helpful but not essential
- Literacy and numeracy skills
- High degree of accuracy
- Organisational skills
- Good communications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products
