Customer Service Administrator
Benfleet, Essex
Office Based position
Salary: 22,000 - 24,000 per annum
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm - Monday to Friday, plus additional hours as the business may need from time to time.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer ALL inbound calls.
- Process orders through the system (training provided).
- Ensure the stocked customers have regular contact and confirmations of stock availability and order updates.
- Deal with ALL new customer enquiries.
- Order products required for production or manufacturing areas of the business.
- Support Business development/Sales Teams accordingly with queries, orders, artwork enquiries etc.
- Support production & dispatch departments with queries, this will be outbound calls and emails to customers daily and as required.
- Process all invoices daily.
- Complaints handling - Deal with customer complaints, issues and see through to finalising outcome and resolving complaints yourself, escalate to management as appropriate.
- Contact customers regarding late deliveries - outbound calls to customers.
- Cover production meetings if required - take notes on meeting & type up for management.
- There will be other ad-hoc admin/sales duties and the position evolves and more responsibility for the right person - more details or examples can be provided at interview stage with the Agency.

Experience required for the position:
- Excellent communication skills - oral & written.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive
- Confident on the telephone and able to speak to various customers on a daily basis and used to dealing with different enquiries.
- Good problem-solver.
- Ability to prioritise your own time and workload.
- Able to work as a team and support colleagues.
- Confident to an intermediate/advanced level using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook software packages.
- Organised, methodical and used to working under pressure with the ability to prioritise.
