Our client is a successful operation with sites both in the UK and Europe. Due to an expansion in Europe, they are now looking to recruit a Dutch SpeakingCustomer Services Administrator to join their expanding team. Reporting into the Customer Services Team Leader, you will ensure courteous, professional, efficient and reliable first point of contact for their customers and deliver an excellent level of Customer Services at all times

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Processing of orders, complaints, returns and credits
- Maintenance of customer accounts
- Resolution of product or service complaints: investigating the cause and offering the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure full resolution within agreed SLAs
- Management of incoming calls and emails
- Identification of customers’ needs to ensure complete satisfaction
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through open communication
- Supporting Key Account Managers in meeting personal and team sales targets
To be a successful Customer Services Representative, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven Customer Service experience
- Fluent Dutch and additional European Languages an advantage but Dutch is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and professional telephone manner, both inbound and outbound
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to adapt to different characters and personalities
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
