Customer Services Administrator
Location: Shoreham-by-Sea,West Sussex
Salary: GBP22k - GBP25k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (8.30am - 5pm)
Our client, a reputable company in the calibration industry, is seeking a skilled Customer Services Administrator to join their growing team.
The Role:
As a Customer Services Administrator, you will support the Customer Service Manager in executing accurate and efficient administrative tasks to achieve the Company's goals.
Duties:
- Manage departmental email efficiently within SLA timeframes.
- Process e-customer queries, quote approvals, and dispatch paperwork promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email, meeting expectations.
- Provide administrative support to the technical department, adhering to ISO9001 requirements.
- Drive system implementation efficiency and maintain a clean work environment.
- Record-keeping within asset management software.
- Address low-level customer complaints, identify areas for improvement.
- Learn and manage accounting and HR software.
- Prepare and handle invoices, payments, and support HR services.
- Manage payroll, assist with project tasks, and conduct quality audits.
- Complete company supplier form requests, maintain the approved suppliers list.
- Offer support for "Goods In" and "Issue Referrals" processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role (Beneficial)
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good listening skills and telephone manner
- Prepared to learn new skills and work on own initiative.
- Friendly and Self motivated.
- Quick learner
