Newstaff Milton Keynes are recruiting for a Customer Service Adviser for a small business based in Northampton which is the largest supplier of Orthopaedic Footwear and Orthotics in the UK
You will be working in the main Customer Service office, so strong Customer Service and Admin skills are a MUST
Duties will include:
- Supporting the Customer Services Team
- Answering the phone in a polite and helpful manner
- Re categorising emails that come from customers queries
- Match Invoices and Documentation
- Bookings hotels for the Senior Management Team
- Making teas and coffees for meetings
- Matching paperwork with orders (shoes and Orthotics stock)
- General day to day office duties as and when required
Must:
- Come from an office background and customer service background
- Have good English over the phone and face to face
- Able to us a PC (word, excel and emails)
- Must be punctual, reliable and have a hard-working attitude
- Communicate well with customers and staff
- Must be helpful and confident
- Can do Attitude, happy to help and support with other duties given
- Friendly and Professional always

Shifts & Salary:
- Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm, with half an hour unpaid break
- £12.00 per hour (over time paid after 40 hrs)
- This is a temp to perm role for the right person
