We are looking for a customer service representative to join an awarding winning client in Norwich. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for all customers and will be responsible for answering their queries and resolving their issues.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing customers with product information and recommendations
- Processing orders and returns
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in customer service is preferred but not required
- A European language would be highly desirable!
