Customer Services Consultant - What will I be doing?

The Sales and Customer Service teams are key to delivering excellent customer service which directly links to a strong reputation within the Travel industry. The Customer Services teams are the point of contact for all communication once the booking has been made. They deal with any queries and also resolve any issues which may arise.

Customer Services Consultant - What experience do I need?

• Highly motivated, flexible and the ability to respond quickly to queries or issues
• A keen eye for detail and experience of working at pace and accurately under pressure
• Excellent communication skills including ability to demonstrate empathy with customers, especially when dealing with challenging situations
• An excellent telephone manner and great inter-personal skills

Customer Services Consultant - What else do I need to know?

These positions can be based anywhere in the UK, ideally Midland/North, you will need to visit the office 4-6 times a year for training and meetings - all equipment provided. Induction training will be a combination of onsite in the York area for up to 1-2 weeks and remote.

This is a great opportunity and there will be plenty of training offered, which will allow you to perfect your customer service techniques, and enhance your general IT skills. The core hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with extended hours at certain times of the year. You will be expected to work some Saturdays and Sundays too on a rota basis. The offices are in a stunning remote location, so it is essential that you can drive.
