Customer Services Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, delivering exceptional service, and fostering long-term relationships. The role will also involve a soft sales component, where you will have the opportunity to identify additional opportunities and upsell services. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
