Hours: Full Time (31 hours per week) / Shift including some weekends

Our clients are looking for a great candidate who has exceptional 5* customer service skills, with the ability to lead a small team of 5 in managing customers queries on their products through either phone, email, live chat, social media or post whilst interacting with internal stakeholders. This role is based from their purpose built luxury facility in Harlow.
The Role of Customer Services Team Leader :
- Lead by example and provide a 5* service
- Help with any issues you team may have
- Investigate all concerns and complaints and escalate with the CS Manager
- Support the team with assessing workloads and work flows
- Agree targets with the support of the Customer Services Manager
- Authorise credit or refund requests
- To be considered for the role of Customer Services Team Leader:
- Ability to manage a customer service shift within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to spot trends and implement corrective action
- Experience in retail or service industry
The Package for Compliance Administrator:
- Salary: £29k
- Hours: 31 hours per week on a shift including some weekends
