As a Customer Support Agent, you are responsible for the effective processing and total order flow process and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will:
Process orders Customer orders from big brand names
Manage any customer complaints or issues
Process quotes and having first point of contact with clients directly
Responsible for continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
Managing service call outs
Why You?
For this role you will need to have strong customer service skills.
Competent computer skills including MS Office word and Excel
Previous experience in a customer order processing role or similar manufacturing office based role is desirable.
