Customer Success Manager (SaaS Products Experience)
Manchester 
Salary £30,000 plus bonus 
A mnimum of 12 months experience in a similar role is required 
 
We're  working with a brilliant software house in Greater Manchester. The business has designed and developed an e-commerce SaaS platform that servves a global client base.
 
They are looking to hire a dedicated Customer Success Manager with experience working with SaaS products to help their clients maximise the value of their solutions. 
 
Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager with experience in SaaS products, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of their clients. You'll leverage your expertise to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and drive adoption and their products 
The ideal person will have 1-2 years experience in a similar role.

 Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the company.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and how the products can help them achieve their goals.
  • Onboard new clients, providing training and support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of products. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and deliver timely solutions to client requests.
  • Track and analyse client usage data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 
 Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 12 months years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS technology and experience working with SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Proven track record of driving Customer Success and achieving results
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with CRM
