This role is for a vibrant, strategic thinking Marketing and Customer Success Manager ready to make a significant impact within the technology & telecoms industry. Description

  • Develop and implement robust strategies to boost brand visibility and market share.
  • Oversee the Customer Success journey to ensure optimal client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align strategies and drive business growth.
  • Use analytics to monitor, evaluate and report on Customer Success initiatives.
  • Manage customer communications and handle escalated issues to maintain high service levels.
  • Spearhead Customer Success training and development programs for staff.
  • Drive the development of Customer Success resources to assist clients.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team

Profile

A successful Marketing and Customer Success Manager should have:
