Role Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the existing client base, ensuring all client and customer needs are met from technical support, liaising with the technical teams to improve their quality of service and further strengthening the relationship between business and customer

They are looking for a relationship specialist with a background in IT to be responsible for the management and success of their growing client base.
Requirements
- Previous experience and technical knowledge of IT Services (Azure, Cloud, MS, Infrastructure)
- Experience with Microsoft services.
- Past extended experience in Customer Success Manager / Account Manager role
- Track record of looking after a large number of clients
